Free Shipping for the Orders* Above NZD 139

Please read the ANZLENS shipping information carefully, a regular $8.95 flat Shipping charges applicable to all major cities* within New Zealand and a estimate delivery time of 7-9 business days once the order is dispatched.

All the good to be shipped within New Zealand offers standard delivery, customers spending over NZ$139.00 would normally receive standard shipping at no charge and we request to please allow 4-6 business days from the time of dispatch.

Rural delivery orders typically arrive in about 10-12 working days after we ship them.

Please Note: All goods are dispatched from or Melbourne warehouse and are delivered by standard international shipping and courier services. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

*NOTE: All Johnson & Johnson product orders are not covered under Free Shipping. 

Delays

There may be a delay for some Toric, astigmatism and multifocal prescriptions. If the delay is more than 5 days you will be notified via email.

Higher powers Such as (above -4.00) are subjected to delay up to 7-9 working days. If so, customer will be notified with relevant information via email.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please contact us on support@anzlens.co.nz. Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched we will be unable to make any amendments to the item.

Successful cancellations with be refunded within 5-7 working days.

If you receive your item, and decide you would like to change your order, you are welcome to make an exchange.

Exchanges

We promise to provide an exchange service on items up to 14 days after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened and in original condition.

Exchanges can be performed for the same product with a different prescription, or for a different product of the same value.

When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items are required to be unopened and in good condition. Delivery charge will not be refunded.

If the branded box containing your contact lenses has been opened, your return will not be accepted and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once accepted, refunds will take 7-9 days to show up in your account.

In any case, Customer has entered incorrect Prescription, we will exchange contact lenses if they are unopened and proper condition.(Return shipping charges will be at customers cost and to resend the right contact lenses)
